The incident has been resolved. Some of the user sessions will not be recovered automatically and users would need to refresh their web browser.

Identified
The issue has been identified and relates to auth0 3rd party the Vim platform uses for authentication and login purposes. The system is back online, but users will have to log out and log back in to be able to login to Vim and use Vim Connect.

Investigating
Incident started at 4pm eastern. A 3rd party service Vim uses for user authentication has downtime and this affects the Vim Connect platform as well.
As a result, users are not able to use the platform.
